Account deletion

Open Sol Garden, sign in to the wallet or browser guest you want to remove, then choose Menu → Account → Privacy & account deletion. You must type DELETE and sign a fresh five-minute authorization to schedule the request. No game state or holdings are removed during the following 30 days, and you can return here to cancel it.

After the grace period, open listings, unsettled payments/refunds, payouts, active world rewards, or custody inconsistencies delay permanent processing instead of causing a partial deletion. Contact support@solgarden.xyz if you cannot access the account or clear a reported blocker.

Once all final checks pass, current game state is removed and finite holdings and crafted Golden Seeds move to permanent retired custody. The wallet cannot create a replacement game account afterward. This never moves or deletes the wallet, keys, on-chain assets, staking positions, or public blockchain transactions.
