Privacy Policy

Sol Garden is a browser and mobile game built on the Solana blockchain, available at solgarden.xyz and through the Solana dApp Store. This policy explains what information the game handles and how.

Your public wallet address and optional game profile.Sol Garden has no email or password login. Your account is anchored to your wallet's public address. Your optional in-game display name and game state (garden, plants, Coins, items, progress and settings) are stored against that account in our database.

A session cookie. When you sign in by signing a message with your wallet, we set one httpOnly cookie so you stay signed in. It contains no tracking identifiers.

On-chain data. Token balances are read from the public blockchain to determine your in-game tier. Payments you choose to make (for example in the shop or marketplace) are public blockchain transactions that we verify by their signature. Blockchain data is public and permanent by nature; we do not put personal information on chain.

Diagnostics. We may collect anonymous error reports and performance data (via Sentry) to keep the game working. These are not used to profile you.

We do not require a legal name, email, phone number or contacts. We do not sell or rent any data. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. We never take custody of your wallet, keys or funds: every payment is a wallet-to-wallet transaction you approve yourself.

The game runs on infrastructure that processes data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Upstash (cache), Solana RPC providers such as Helius (blockchain reads), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only what is technically necessary to operate the game.

Game state is kept while your account exists so your garden is there when you return. You can stop using the game at any time; disconnecting your wallet ends the session. You can schedule permanent game-account closure from Menu → Account → Privacy & account deletion after signing a fresh authorization. The request has a full 30-day grace period. During that time the account, sessions, current garden, progress, inventory, game balances, finite holdings, and crafted Golden Seeds remain active, and you can cancel the request from the same page.

After the grace period, permanent processing checks unresolved listings, payments, payouts, world rewards, stable ownership, and custody again. A failed check delays and retries processing without partially removing the account. Once processing completes, current game state is removed, finite holdings and crafted Golden Seeds move to retired custody so they cannot re-enter circulation, and that wallet cannot create a replacement Sol Garden account.

Supply, economy, security, payment, refund, marketplace and fraud-prevention evidence may be retained in private or pseudonymized audit records. Wallet payment signatures and public blockchain transactions remain public and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else. Account deletion never moves or deletes the wallet, keys, on-chain assets or staking positions. Contact support@solgarden.xyz if the in-game flow reports a blocker or you cannot access the account.

Sol Garden is not directed at children under 13, and blockchain features are intended for users who are of legal age to use them in their jurisdiction.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
